Air Release

This test determines the ability of certain oils to release entrained air.

Flash Point - Go-No-Go

This test is used to determine the closed cup flash point by the go/no go method using the Setaflash Tester in the temperature range of 30^oC to 300^oC.

Foaming

This test is used to determine the foaming characteristics of lubrication oils.

Micro Carbon Residue

This test determines the amount of carbon residue, in the range 0.10% to 30.0% m/m, left after evaporation and pyrolysis of petroleum products under specified conditions.

Flash Point by Pensky Marten Closed Cup

This test is used to determine the flash point of petroleum products in the 40^oC to 360^oC range by Pensky Martens closed cup equipment.

Pentane Insolubles

This test measures pentane insolubles in used fuels. The results are reported as % weight pentane insolubles at x microns (where x = pore size of filter used).
