If you would like to schedule an urgent 'Out of Hours' sample analysis service in the first instance please contact your laboratory of choice using one of the numbers below and ideally use the email address in support of the verbal AOG notification.

There are additional charges for this service dependant on the arrival time of your sample at the laboratory.

We require the following information to ensure a smooth and efficient service:

  • Type of sample and where the sample is taken from e.g. aircraft or equipment type and registration or serial number
  • Name of courier/taxi company delivering sample (if known)
  • Name and contact number of the courier driver, mobile preferred
  • Expected time of arrival at the laboratory
  • Customer contact details to enable us to contact you if the sample does not arrive as scheduled
  • Contact details and email of the person to receive the urgent analysis reports.
