Our Swiss laboratory is moving to a new home

We are delighted to announce the start of a phased move of our Swiss laboratory to a new location, at Landstrasse 23 in Kaiseraugst, which will culminate in the  unveiling of the new facility on Friday 11th May.

Our laboratory services will continue to be available throughout this move, which is already in progress, and we will endeavour to ensure that analysis results will be sent as close as possible to our usual turn times.  Samples can continue to be sent to the usual address at Rinaustrasse 452, which is just 5 minutes from the new laboratory.

However, please note that our AOG / SEM sample analysis services will be unavailable on the following dates:

  • For chip, debris and filter samples requiring analysis by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) the service will be unavailable at the Swiss facility from Monday 30th April through to Friday 4th May inclusive.  This is due to the sensitive nature of these machines which require specialist handling and calibration.

  • Customers' AOG / SEM samples will be redirected to our UK laboratory for completion within 48 hours

  • Or customers' urgent samples can be sent directly to our UK laboratory:

Spectro | Jet-Care, Hatchwood Place, Farnham Road, Odiham, Hampshire, RG29 1AB, UK
Contact our Sales Team on +44 (0) 1256 704000 to advise estimated arrival

  • Our AOG service will resume from Saturday 5th May and routine SEM services will be available from Monday 7th May.

  • Once the move is complete forwarding arrangements for postal packages and courier deliveries have been implemented to ensure that any analysis kits sent to the previous address are redirected same day.

  • Samples can continue to be sent to the German and French postal addresses - there is no change to this service.

If you have any questions regarding the move do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@spectro-oil.com or call +41 61 815 9020.

We thank you for your patience during this transition phase and hope to have the opportunity to show you the new facilities in the near future.
