Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of goods through shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, and maintaining organized warehouse operations.

Your proactive approach will help streamline distribution workflows, support order processing, and uphold high standards of safety and accuracy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a logistical environment where your skills in warehouse operations will make a real impact.

Duties

• Assemble and pack sampling containers and paperwork and ship to customers
• Understanding of inventory requirements to perform daily task and inform management when items
  are needed
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Handle janitorial duties or building maintenance
• Basic computer skills, specifically using Outlook email and calendar
• Drive company car to handle various company tasks
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Comply with all safety procedures and company policies
• Must have clean driver’s license that is free of traffic violations
• Take direction from and show respect for supervisors and managers
• Work as a team with and show respect for peers and colleagues
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes including picking & packing, stocking, and inventory control
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation
• Ability to read and understand written procedures including Quality Manual in English or Spanish
• Professional attitude, good communication and customer relations skills
• Good organizational and general housekeeping skills

Work Location: In person

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
